Last night was all hustle and bustle with cars zipping by, horns honking, fire trucks and police one after another, people laughing and shouting&#8230;beautiful symphony that lulled me to sleep. This morning silence&#8230;a couple of early morning strollers, a couple of cabs driving peacefully&#8230;I guess everyone got so partied out last night they all slept in today \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Spoke to Lena\u00a0this morning, she and Mike were grilling out on the deck yesterday, Mike had worked on the pond all day and put up some pictures on FB. I have known Lena for close to 5 years I met her and her now husband Mike trough another friend, Blake.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the morning caught up with Monica, her oldest Matilda turned 19 today and her youngest Pernilla will be 17 on Tuesday&#8230;time flies! I hope the girls will like their present.\u00a0 I have known Monica now for 28 years LOL it seems like yesterday! It has been through thick and thin over the years a lot of thin but not a bad amount of thick too \ud83d\ude00 You can read\u00a0about that\u00a0in my memoirs&#8230;coming soon he he he.<\/p>\n<p>Super came over to take the measurements to get my new TV up on the Wall, too heavy for me to do that on my own&#8230;I guess men are good for something&#8230;hehe come to think of it they can be good for other things too \ud83d\ude00 Spent the rest of the day finding places for all the little things that was still lying around so now the apartment looks halfway done \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>This evening they had live music in Union Square, sat by the window looking at the people and listening to the music! Dinner tonight was &#8220;tunnbrodrulle&#8221; with crawfish salad instead of shrimp salad not too bad \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>If you have the chance check out this new series on HBO &#8220;The No1\u00a0Ladies Detective Agency&#8221;, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hbo.com\/no1ladiesdetectiveagency\/\">http:\/\/www.hbo.com\/no1ladiesdetectiveagency\/<\/a>, it is hilarious at times and I have to commend Jill Scott on her performance as Precious Ramotswee..very good work&#8230;and for those who know me No this is not SciFi, Fantasy, Action or Horror LOL I know a little out of character but I like this series \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Anyway this is is it for today so all you folks out there be good&#8230;or at least be good at whatever you are up to!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Woke up early this morning since it was so Quiet outside!
