Friday…WoooHooo! one sad thing about Fridays is that eye candy is usually not in the office on Fridays but today he came in…so not only is it Friday I also got me some eye candy!<\/p>\n
I went out for a walk with Kathleen for lunch, we went over to Sockerbit<\/a> and got some real candy LOL not sure what is better eye candy or Swedish Candy \ud83d\ude00 When I got back to work some of my co-workers got to taste the candy…I did tell them to avoid the salt licorice LOL one of them really liked it so I sent her the info for the candy store, gotta promote the Swedish\u00a0\ud83d\ude00 I also told them about “L\u00f6rdags Godis<\/a>” (Saturday Candy), which I think is a very Swedish concept, that on Saturdays you get to buy candy…of course now that I am an adult I get to eat candy when I want LOL One of the girls said that I made Sweden sound like a dream country…so I told them about “Blodpudding<\/a>” (blood pudding) to make sure to keep things real LOL btw that blog it links too does confuse things a little by adding a couple of pics of blood sausage in there, so the “blodpudding” is the item in the first pic and the last pics, that half moon shaped thing.<\/p>\n Listened to the new series Shadow Hunters on CW at work today, it wasn’t bad but the movie was much better. It’s based on a series of books called “The Mortal Instruments<\/a>” by Cassandra Clare<\/a>, yeah I know it’s a series for teenagers but I still enjoyed it \ud83d\ude00 First they came out with a movie based on the\u00a01st book in the series\u00a0“The Mortal Instruments – City of Bones<\/a>“. It followed the book pretty well. Now they just started a TV-series, “Shadowhunters<\/a>“, based on the books, it does not follow the books as much, it’s more a TV-series loosely based on the books \ud83d\ude42 It was still good, even though I feel it is missing some of the spunk the characters had in the books, which they captured much better in the movie. Then again I guess it is always hard when you try to make TV out of books that deal with magic and demons \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n Home after work and had some “inlagd sill” (marinated herring) for dinner, yummylicious!! Of course as dessert I had some Swedish candy \ud83d\ude00 Started watching a new drama yesterday called “Can we get married<\/a>” yes I know another one of those cutesie romantic crap series LOL anyway there are two actors in it that I have seen separately in other dramas, Sung Joon<\/a>\u00a0and Kim Young-Kwang<\/a>, in this one the characters they play remind me so much of these two french guys I knew in Nice.
