Day 101-103 in NY

Day 101 Woke up slowly by the music on the alarm clock…some nice jamaican rythms…yeah this is the way to wake up! Work was good, made plans with one of the girls at work to go have dinner tomorrow at Blue Water Grill…yeah I know I was just there Saturday but the food was Goood! Home in the evening watched some NCIS then to bed early.

Day 102 up and about looking forward to the dinner! Couldn’t wait for the day to go by at work. Went to the bank over lunch to open a bank account I needed a bank that has a branch office on Manhattan for those occurences when you get a live check as opposed to Direct Deposit. I picked Chase since they had a promotion where they gave you $100 if you opened a bank account 😀 After work walked over to Blue Water Grill…got the menu…choices choices…hmm what to pick too many good things! Starter Shrimp cocktail served with mayo and lemon…like I used to get it at one of my favorite seafood places in Vieux Nice. Main course was Blackened Swordfish with a sweet potatoe and crab hash…I think I died and went to heaven! Finished everything and then I was ready to burst! I have only one thing to say…Yummylicious times ten! Once again Service was Impeccable 😀 I think I have found my weakness spot…can’t wait to go back! Back home passed out in the couch in then moved to the bed and promptly fell asleep 😀

Day 103 in NY it was Haaaard getting up in the morning…I think no matter how much I love Blue Water Grill I am going to have to apply the doggie bag concept when I go there LOL…apparently excess is not good for you! Work was good…busy for my poor boss back to back meetings I couldn’t even squeeze in a 15 min break anywhere all day! Home after work sitting watching the only reality show I really look at “So you think you can Dance” It’s amazing what these people can learn…some dances less impressive than others but overall very good 🙂 We have had thunder and rain again this evening it’s supposed to be that way all week really humid and hazy during the day and then thunder and rain in the evening…Mother Nature is on us again 😀 I hear the ambulances on the street…always a little more on the days we have thunder and lightning…hope you are all safe out there!
