Day 2544-2547 in Thailand, China, and NYC

Day 2544

Slow wake up, went down to get some breakfast. Spent some time by the pool, had my regular lunch…super spicy instant ramen noodles LOL awesome! Dinner with the family in Bang Tao then Ben and I picked up Chris W and headed into to Patong…yes we went to Patrick bar again 😀 Aat first both Ben and Chris W said they were too tired but I didn’t have to convince them too much to join me 😀 I had promised the boys we were having an early night since they had a tour the day after LOL yeah no club across the street this time ;D Good times were had with the girls at the bar…I think they are the main reason for us going back! They are really awesome…pics will come later once I have downloaded from the camera 😀 After 3 rounds and some free Sambuca shots it was time to head out…and then they brought us a round on them…yeah that one killed us a little bit LOL the ride home was interesting I think we all needed to help hold each other up LOL

Day 2545

Slightly dehydrated when I woke up 😀 but it was worth it! Went down for breakfast then I spent the morning packing…sniff sniff…went down to the pool in the afternoon for some time with the family. Had dinner with everyone across the street, our large table of 24 had now gotten down to 18 as people have been leaving! The boys joined us a little later when they got back from their trip…which was apparently really good…maybe it is something I need to try out next time! Oh yeah I am coming back for my birthday, I have decided this is where I want to celebrate the big one! Went into Patong with Ben and Chris W…yeah I managed to get them with me again LOL Last nights hang at Patrick bar…if anyone goes to Patong that is the bar you should go to…The girls are Awesome!! The bar is located on a side street, Soi Sea Dragon, off Bangla Road. It can be a little confusing since there are several bars in a row…just look for the sign saying Patrick Bar with a chick on a motor bike!

When we arrived Duna had a goodbye gift for me, Thai money pouches…they were so pretty!! I did have to promise to give some to my mom 😀 We had a group Bang the nail in the tree stump game…yeah I lost LMAO…at the end it was between me and Chris W and he took 4th place and I lost LOL. I did send Ben over to check on where little eye candy was…turned out it was his day off…ahh well such is life LOL Headed back to the hotel at a somewhat reasonable time since I had to check out in the morning! I do not want to leave!

Day 2546

Up in the morning, opted for some breakfast in the room, started moving bags over to Lina’s room. Went to check out and then spent the day by the pool with the family. Went for dinner with the Australian family across the street, Lina and the girls had take out since they had done the hair braiding. After dinner went back to Lina’s room, everyone joined for a little good bye drink since the Swedish part of the family were all leaving around 5 am. I had car pick up at 10 pm to take me to the airport…sniff sniff…said Bye to everyone and headed out.

Well I have to say I did not need to head out that early LOL spent an hour or so waiting for the check in window to open, then another couple of hours in the terminal waiting for the flight to board. The flight to Guangzhou was uneventful…since I fell asleep before take off and did not wake up until we arrived LOL

Day 2547

Getting through the transfer desk for China Southern at the airport was interesting…to say the least…it took about 2 hours to get to the window to get my boarding pass for the next flight! Spent another 6 hours at the airport walking around…managed to get a seat at the charging station 😀 Again I must say I am very happy they have a smoking section LOL Finally got to board the plane and then spent about 15 hours in the air…arrived back in New York around 6 pm, getting through customs was a breeze and I only had to wait for about 2 min for my bag. The driver was outside waiting for me when I arrived and I got back to the city in no time! I am now ready to get in the shower and head to bed…my own bed 😀 Tomorrow it is back to work!
