Day 104-162 in NY, VA, Sweden and then back to NY!

Ok so once again I have neglected to update my blog…even to the point that my boss pointed out that I had not put any updates on for a while…so I guess I’d better get cracking! 😀

Day 104 I have a new project at work…am really excited…and then one of my co-workers is leaving which is really sad…you can experience all the extremes in one day at my work…it keeps you on your toes 😀 Went home in the evening for some more NCIS, so they do reruns on USA almost every day and one nite I started watching one and then I got absolutely hooked! I think I just have a really addictive personality…but I guess better TV then drugs 😀

Day 105 so it’s TGIF  used up a Summer Friday pm and walked up to Best Buy to get some movies and to see if there were any new games. Thanks to the TV I had a whole bunch of rewards points earned so I had printed some out and figured I would pay with those…and of course I left them at home LOL ahh well that’s life. Got a couple of movies but didn’t find any new games. Came home and decided to play Lost Oddysey from the beginning again. Ended up playing most of the nite got to bed around 5 in the morning.

Day 106 hmm did I mention I have an addictive personality yeahh for those of you who know me, you have already figured out what I did first thing as I got up 😀 Yep I played some more Lost Odyssey! Did take a quick break in the afternoon to head to the store to get some Diet Coke’s…fuel for the game player! got to bead really early he he well really early in the morning that is!

Day 107 forced myself out of the apartment to go down and do laundry…it is hard to get away from the game! espcially when you start from the beginning again, it is Really exciting! Tidied up a bit and then closed down the X-Box to look at some TV to prevent it from becoming another all nighter…can’t do all nighters the day before work anymore…getting too old!

Day 108 Monday morning back to work! Each morning when I go to work I meet some really interesting people…we have the homeless person that one day is all nice and the next day he is screaming at people…we also have the guy delivering water to the corner store that calls me georgeous…you just never know how your day will start 🙂 Busy day at work then back in the evening from a Lost Odyssey fix until my bed called me 🙂

Day 109 Escorted around an interviewee at work today…got to meet one of the Business VP’s that I had never met in person that was fun. He reminded me of a very intense actor that of course I can’t remember the name of…apart from that the day was uneventful. Evening was calm watched some TV and then off to bed.

Day 110 Decided that I am going to go to VA for my Dr’s visits  I have given up on getting a Dr here in NY before I go to Sweden. So I guess that is one thing about living in Sweden that I miss…the health system! Since my boss will be out on vacataion next week I am going to be in VA for a couple of days combining Dr’s, Friends, and work. Made my appointments and booked the hotel and the train. Messaged Mrs X for a bit then headed to bed.

Day 111 Last day for Miss Alisha before she heads out on new adventures…time for HH at Central Bar on 9th St…had a couple of mimosas then snuck out to head home…realized I left without wishing my boss a happy vacation so sent an e-mail when I got home. Had some food then worked on a project for my brothers baby before heading to bed.

Day 112 My Boss’s vacation started today so calm day at work, had a sunny walk to work there was a breeze with a little chill in it 🙂 had some meetings then headed home to work on my project…want to try to finish it before I head back to Sweden later this month. By the way did I tell you guys that I Love my new Bed!

Day 112 Had a very productive day…laundry done, apartment cleaned, bag packed, train ticket printed…all done for my visit to VA. Bed at a decent time so I could get up in time to get the train 😀

Day 113 Up in the am cloudy morning went down to catch a cab took the train to DC, picked up the car and headed over to M&L to see their new baby little Miss A. Spent the afternoon with them to catch up then headed to the Hotel. Comfy bed with nice pillows 🙂

Day 114 Woke up in VA…time to juggle Dr’s appointments and work, tried to schedule all my Dr’s in VA during my visit to get it all done in one go 😀 Went to say Bye Bye to Mr Sophak who decided to go work at another company 😀 Found the funniest thing on YouTube and had to share it on FB…which I normally don’t do! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fitxofd7kOA&feature=player_embedded I LOVE THIS ONE!!!! I am sorry it is probably not politically correct but it is just soo Hilarious! Ended the evening with Miss D, dinner at Blue Ridge Grill, food was good had a Lobster Bisque that as all Creamy & Delicious 😀 Back to the Hotel to catch some Zzz’s.

Day 115 Another morning wake up in VA…more Dr’s visits…did get all my prescriptions 😀 Now all I need to do is send them off to Medco…yeah I know it is waaaay to easy to just go to the pharmacy so let’s complicate things and either use an online pharmacy or pay a lot more money to go to the regular pharmacy. Ahh well hopefully I get my meds before I go to Sweden in 2 weeks. Spent the evening at the Hotel felt a little worn out.

Day 116 Last day in VA…time to head back to NYC 😀 Jumped on the train in DC nice trip up got to NYC arrived chilly day cabbed it home. Chilled in front of the TV then bedtime 🙂

Day 117 work was good nice and sunny outside 🙂 Got my Lost Odyssey fix in the evening then bed time 🙂

Day 118 TGIF…am halfway through a book written by Michael Rubens from AOL “The Sheriff of Yrnameer” so far Very funny! http://www.amazon.com/Sheriff-Yrnameer-Novel/dp/B002IPZBR2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1250261910&sr=8-2 actually got it for the Kindle very SciFi but with a splash of Fun 😀 Spent the evening with Lost Odyssey…guess what I am going to do this weekend 😀

Day 119 Lazy Saturday wakeup! Love my BED! it is soo nice to just lie in it and wake up ohh so slowly without having to get up and get somewhere 😀 Now as they day progressed I had to ask myself the question AC or not AC! I finally had to cave and turn the AC on…it was just too hot for comfort. Spent the day with Lost Odyssey 😀

Day 120 Early Sunday went to get a pain au chocolat at Le Pain Quotidien…yummylicious! Laundry time then tidy up…need to start prepping for my trip 🙂 Soon it’s time to go! Bedtime was not too late good to go for an early start 🙂

Day 121 Monday Bloody Monday…Woke up felt like crap! So I really need to get more organized with my medication going without is not agreeing with me. Felt like a truck had run over me. Went to bed early.

Day 122 So I got the confirmation for my prescriptions today yeahh they are not going to get here before I leave…ahh well sometime life does not want to cooperate 🙂 Apart from my grief with the Healthcare system in this country the day was ok,  Boss man should be back in the office tomorrow 🙂 One funny thing I have noticed is that the days I dress down that’s when I get to go downstairs with printouts to the big boss man Tim Armstrong, it never happens when I have a nice pair of slacks or something…typical 🙂 Thunder and Lightning in the evening…then bedtime 😀

Day 123 Good day at work…met Steff for lunch gave him keys to the apartment and made sure he was signed in…had hair appointment this evening…went with Miss X to see Mr Gregory Alan over on the East side. Mr Gregory was absolutely adorable and I loved having his hands in my hair…I know I rarely love that but he was just that good 😀 Went for drinks afterwards in a little bar on 14th…and yes I am in Love with Mr Gregory Alan!!! and I will go back to see him! Went to bed happy 😀

Day 124 Still loved my hair when I got up in the morning…Steff was going to come over today and stay the weekend…it is a little funny he leaves on Monday and then goes to Sweden on Wednesday…I leave for Sweden on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday 🙂 Now some of you may wonder who is Steff…well when Ancha and I lived in France she got to know Steff through the crowd she was hanging around with…I met him briefly when I lived in France…so when he was going to be in NY Ancha asked if he could stay with me for the weekend and of course I was fine with that 🙂 Had dinner at the house then time for bed 🙂 

 Day 125 TGIF yeah I keep saying that don’t I I happen to like it when it’s Friday 😀 Had a good day at work…freezing inside and Super Hot outside…AC is still running 😀 Did an evening of True Blood with Steff who had been out during the day running around Manhattan 😀 I have to admit…a little bit ashamed…that I hadn’t known it was Alexander Skarsgård that played Eric Northman…I am not a good Swede 🙂 Finally my bed was calling loudly to me!

Day 126 A little cooler in the morning a light drizzle…spent the day cleaning, wanted to make sure that the apt is clean when I get home from Sweden. Steff came back from walking around Manhattan, spoke to Ancha then booked the Ferry ticket for the Frenchies (Steff, Fa, Pascale, Seb) it was soo funny so I haven’t seen or spoken to Fa in almost 15 years so I got her number from Steff and called her up…she was mighty surprised to hear my voice 😀 Took Steff with me to go to Bitter End to see Crooked Crow a band from VA that Krysta knows, she was coming up from VA so I got a chance to say Hello 😀 After the band had played Steff and I decided to go to Chez Jaquline, a friend of his Gaelle, whose parents live in Nice, works there and her 2 brothers were in town. Ended up having dinner with the brothers too, very nice young men, had a great time 😀 Turns out that the barmaid at the resto is Swedish, she wasnt there that nite but still kinda funny 🙂 Food was Yummylicious! Left Steff there to continue partying, I headed home to bed 😀

Day 127 Woke up to a sunny moring 🙂 The door was open…Steff had probably tried to close it carefully when he came home…yeah that didn’t work too good LMAO 😀 Spent the day washing clothes and packing…yep passport and all paperwork prepped and ready 🙂 Steff offered to put up the sliding doors on the shelves..it turned out Beautifully! BTW…still love the hair! Only 2 days left then off to Sweden 😀

Day 128 Up early to to get to work…trying to get everything done before I leave…home for lunch to say bye to Steff he was flying back to France…will see him later this week in Sweden 😀 Back to work in the pm finished up most everything. Back home…lo and behold my medication had arrived!..it was cold enough to turn AC off Wonderful…finished packing the only thing left is to charge all electronics then I am ready to go! Bed time!

Day 129 Up early got online finished up last minute stuff then shower and pack the electronics. Got a text from Sweden right before I headed out the door…someone wanted Clear Eyes 😀 Quick trip to Wahlgreens then the car arrived for pickup to go to airport 🙂 Flight was uneventful got 4 seats to myself skipped dinner…don’t think I missed much LOL… and laid down slept on and off…it was friggin uncomfortable 😀

Day 130 breakfast served on the plane was absolutely horrendous…got off without any problems then off to get the car. Passed by Mom’s new work to pickup the keys. Home to mom’s relaxed for a minute then repacked bags for trip to Gotland. Monica came over in the pm then we went to pick up Lina, Sanna and Thomas…headed to Stockholm to listen to Aleco at Stampen. The band was really good…first time I heard them live I was impressed 😀 Headed back to moms. Bed time…was kinda exhausted 😀

Day 131 Up early drove to Nynäshamn, got inline to get on the ferry…haven’t been to Gotland for about 30 years…I was the first one on so I got us a table…was joined by Janne then Bosse and Ancha 🙂 Nice trip over…was a little funny so Bosse says just follow the cars when you drive out from the ferry until you get to a Large parking space, called Träffplatsen, and we’ll meet up there. Well the only problem was that I was the first car of the ferry so there was noone to follow LOL. Luckily It was fairly evident where I needed to go to get out of the Harbor…now I pass by this little tiny parking space and see a sign saying Träffplatsen…so I almost burst out laughing, I guess I am becoming somewhat americanized and have a different version of Large 😀 Switched passengers in the car Bosse & Janne went with Bosse’s car to the mechanic and Ancha and I went to  Bosse’s house in Hemse. Chilled at Bosse’s for a while, sent a text to Eje to let him know we were there, he came over and we all had dinner it was great seeing everyone again..especially Eje since I hadn’t seen him since 2004 so it had been a while 😀 Evening got darker, Eje headed home and then we all went to bed..slept soundly 🙂

Day 132 woke up insanely early still trying to get my body used to the Swedish day rythm. Chilled for a bit sat in the garden reading 🙂 After lunch drove Bosse up to Visby to fetch the Bus that was going to be used shuttling people back and forth from Ferry to Holmhällar and between Holmhällar and Hamra Krog. Back to Bosses, packed our cars, Bosse went to get the kids…then off we went. Drove to see Eje & Thinthin…cutest little house…out in the boonies 😀 Georgeous kitchen! Of course I forgot to take Pictures…typical me 😀 Good conversation then it was time for us to head on down to Holmhällar to see who had shown up. Found our way to where Ancha’s dad + family was staying…spent some time with them then headed back to Hamra Krog to get some dinner…yeah did we get cheated! They had closed…at 8:30…apparently no customers, season was over…ok so all 4 of us are Starving…Bosse starts calling around and we found this place in Burgsvik, Folkeryds Konditori they were still serving Pie and Nachos 😀 So that was Dinner! Went back to Hamra Krog and installed ourselves at the apartments on top of the Krukmakeri…Georgeous apartments with open spaceplan living room and kitchen, the one Janne and I rented had 3 bedrooms and the one Bosse and Ancha was in had 2 bedrooms so we both had 1 room to spare in each apartment. Had some Champagne and then I was getting ready to pass out so headed to bed 🙂

Day 133 Love Party for Ancha and Bosse!!! Ohh yeahhh! JD is ready to rock n roll! Went to Holmhällar with Ancha, got a chance to go down to the beach to check out the scenery and to take some pics of the Raukar they have on Gotland. Raukar is stone columns created by natural erosions.

Had a Super evening met people that I Hadn’t met for a Looong while, Fa and the othe Frenchies arrived it was Soo fun to see her again and Pascal…it was fun to see Steff too even though it had only been a couple of days, and then of course Seb that I met for the first time 😀

 

Eje and Thinthin came they had worked on putting together a Huge gift basket to Bosse and Ancha it was Georgeous and some of the stuff they had put in there were Hilarious 😀   

 

 

 

 Görans wife had used my picture to make an envelope for their present to Ancha & Bosse…that was a little fun that someone liked my pic 🙂

 

Party went on all nite long with good food, lots of music, lots of drinks, dancing and Limbo 🙂 The Frenchies performed an ABBA song it was Hilarious! I got to do the Introduction that was nerve wracking…really hate public speaking LOL  

 

The Frenchies took the last bus back to Holmhällar and then it was back to the apt for some sandwiches…not sure what it is but at a certain time when you are partying you get Hungry! Finally Bedtime I don’t even know how early it was 😀

 

Day 134 Got up insanely early for being the day after…we were all going to Holmhällar for Breakfast…walked out from the apartment and there was some eye candy…mmmm Irish eyes… 😀 Met up with people down at Holmhällar and had a great…very happy breakfast buffet…yeah probably alcohol vapors still residing in the body 😀 Spent most of the day by the Pool sitting reading in the sunshine…got another hit if Eye Candy…and of course kind of forgetting that it was still summer and that you could still get a sunburn…so later on I am realizing I am red as a lobster LOL very sexy! Had dinner that evening with the Frenchies and Anchas Dad + Family. Bedtime came early the Frenchies were leaving on the early morning Ferry 🙁

Day 135 got up early went down to the pool for a morning cigarette and there is Ancha she has been up since 5 am, she waved goodbye to the Frenchies and then Bosse took them the Ferry. Packed up and cleaned the apartments then headed out to Hemse. Chilled at Bosses a couple of hours then it was time for me and Ancha to get to Visby to catch the ferry back to the mainland. Met up with Janne on the Ferry he had reserved “our” table 😀 Got back to Nynäshamn then I drove Ancha to Täby and from there to Mom’s for some well deserved sleep 😀

Day 136 Got up chilled for a minute at my mom’s then repacked my bag and headed to Nyköping to see Monica. She took me on a ride to go get Potatoes from the Farmer, so there is this stand where the Farmer leaves bags of potatoes and then based on a Honor system people pay when they take a bag…exactly there is noone standing there taking the money! It’s just a stand on the side of the road…only in Sweden!  Chilled with Monica + Fam. Nice new couch for me to sleep in 😀

Day 137 Spent the morning in NYK with Monica then drove up to Tullinge with her and Matilda. Had dinner at the Tullinge Pizzeria…swedish pizza…Yummylicious! Went over to Ralle’s (Matildas BF) to meet his parents…guess they wanted to meet the person their son was going to stay with in NY to make sure I wasn’t a serial killer or something…well I am not sure that I made a good impression but they are letting him come with Monica + Fam 😀 I went back to Mom’s and Monica headed back to NYK.

Day 138 spent the day at mom’s tried to catch up on some work e-mail but connection kept bugging out on me…so I gave up 🙂 Went over to Lina’s in the afternoon together with Mom & Gunnar, for Ella’s B-day party she turned 2 years old 🙂 Mattias + fam, Sanna + fam except Patrick who is out train hitching, were all there so nice little family gathering. Back to mom’s watched swedish TV for a while then bed time.

Day 139 Spent the day with mom, went shopping in Tumba found a georgeous necklace, then mom went to pick up the little ones. Dinner with everyone and then bedtime at a sensible time since trip to Jönköping to see relatives from my mom’s side tomorrow morning.

Day 140 Up in the morning drove over to Lina, checked some e-mail, Lovisa (my uncle Jan’s daughter) arrived then on to pick up Sanna. With Sisters and Cousin in the car we headed down to Jönköping…arrived for Lunch at my Uncle’s Bernt’s house he, Gun-Britt and cousin Matilda + BF were there when we arrived, my aunt Britt came with Cousin Mikael since he was visiting for the weekend, and then my cousins Anna & Maria (Uncle Bernt’s daughters).  After lunch we went wtih Britt and Mikael to the cemetary to pass by the remembrance grove, we now have 3 generations lying there: Maternal grandparents Irma & Evert, Uncles Björn & Kurt, Cousins Peter & Cecilia.     

 

After the Cemetry we walked down to the beach…yes Jönköping has a beach 🙂

  

 

Bernt + fam left to go to their country house and left us the apartment for the nite. We all got installed in our rooms and then sat and gossiped for a while 😀 It had after all been almost 20 years since we were all last together. After awhile we came up with a game plan everyone started to get dressed to go out to have dinner. So we all piled into one car…6 people in a car that could take max 5…hmmm a cops wet dream LOL so we were driving down to town trying to find someplace to eat so we have 4 giggling women in the backseat (Sanna, Lina, Anna, Maria) me in the passenger seat and Lovisa driving! So we stop and ask some poor guy where we should go eat…and Anna started saying we needed to be able to Dance too…now the guy was probably young enough to be my son so he looked a little perplexed as to where he should send us LOL Finally we head out towards the street where the restaurants are we end up stuck in a line of “raggar bilar” so not sure how to translate that but it’s people driving old american cars and dressing a little country LOL. Finally we find a parking space and head over to O’Learys, since there is a huge soccer game going on the sportsbar is filled with guys…yeah young swedish soccer fans…not a lot to look at LOL. Had a great dinner and of course after food…food coma!! I was so ready to go back to the apt. So here comes the funny part…3 of us wanted to go back and 3 of us wanted to party…now in the group there are 3 blondes and 3 brunettes, guess who wanted to do what LMAO yep the blondes kept partying 🙂 Maria, Lovisa, and I went back to the apt and sat chatting until around 2 am when the Blondes, Anna, Sanna, and Lina came back…they were happy…Very Happy LOL Satt chatting for a while more then time for sleep!

 

Day 141 time to get back up to Sthlm packed up our stuff cleaned up after ourselves…everyone moving kinda slowly LOL    

 

Then it was time so say bye to Anna & Maria, the rest of us piled into the car and headed up to Sthlm, on the way we stopped by Gränna to buy some “polkagrisar”. Came back to mom’s unpacked then headed over to Lina’s to load over the photos from the last trip, back to mom’s then bedtime. 

 

Day 142 Up in the morning Monica came with Matilda then went to Karolinska to do some check up and become a part of the family group for “Malignt Melanom” everything looked good 🙂 Went over to Rodolfinos for lunch…filet mignon Black  White…Yummylicious! Back to mom’s then bedtime!

Day 143 Up in the morning chilled for a minute then packed a nite bag to go to Sthlm, was going to go out with Ancha & Bosse so decided to stay at Birger Jarls…figured I could bring my laptop and  check some work e-mail since I knew they had internet connection at the hotel…get to the hotel hook things up and then realize I left my Secure ID at my moms LOL yeah so no work e-mail checked! Got ready and headed to Saddle & Sabre to meet the Love-Couple 😀 Had a Really nice dinner and then sat outside to finish up our drinks…saw a spider on the wall started freaking out…then there was 2…then 3…then they were just everywhere! So I ended up getting up and standing next to the table LOL yeah I know I am a Wuss! Walked back to the Hotel and slept soundly!

Day 144 full day ahead got up in the morning…went downstairs for the buffet breakfast…checked out then went to get a camera for Patrick. Then down to NYK chilled for a minute with Monica then headed into town to have coffee with the cousins on my dad’s side 🙂 Christer and his daughter Lovisa came first, then Nina showed up…nice conversation and then it was time to head back…drove Monica home and then headed back to Sthlm. Went to Sanna’s for dinner…Yummy Yummy…and to load photos on to her computer. Back to mom’s Bedtime!

Day 145 Chilled at mom’s for a minute in the morning…then headed to town to meet Dad for lunch…nice lunch at a little italian restaurant, Serwito på Regeringsgatan…got a really nice book from him and Berit with pics of building facades in Stockholm…will make use of that on my next trip! Back to moms started organizing my stuff a bit.

Day 146 Went shopping with mom in Skärholmen bought some SNÖ, had lunch a really good pizza, then back to mom’s to pack, mom went to get Nova and Ella. Mom and Gunnar fixed dinner the sisters came with ther fiancees 🙂 After dinner went with Sanna & Thomas to see Beck! Gunvald Larson…Yummylicious x 10! Don’t always care for Mikael Persbrandt in other movies but as Gunvald Larson Ohh yes! Back to mom’s, weighed the bags…moved things around…weighed them again…moved things around…and so on and on and on…Finally weight equally distributed 22.8 in each bag (max weight 23/bag)! Time for bed…early start tomorrow to get back to the US!

Day 147 got up went to pick up Tilda & Ralle over at Ralles, Patrick’s mom drove the others from Nyköping to Arlanda. Met up at the checkin gate left our bags and then headed to the gate. Shopped some candy…and then like clockwork hmm NOT it was that time of the month! a week early…not prepared! but then again I am like the Boy scouts Always Ready so I had what I needed in my bag…Just in case 😀 Had my last Kanelbulle…then on the plane we went 🙂 Got 4 seats to myself tried to sleep but didn’t work very well…just too uncomfortable! Foood was airplane food in other words inedible LOL luckily I had some swedish candy 😀 Got to the airport and got called into the little room…yep that’s what can happen when you have a Green Card 😀 The Swedes made it through without any problems 🙂 By the time I got out they had already picked up the bags 🙂 Got outside there was the driver with the little sign on it 😀 Got stuck in traffic on the way back but that was ok 🙂 Got home…yeah that was Nice…Love my House ;-D Got installed the Swedes unpacked… we were all really tired so we ended up getting takeout, from Spice and The Cottage 😀 After food they were all out like a light 🙂 I got in the shower then headed over to a friends house for her B-day party/house warmig 🙂 Gave her some SNÖ she seemed to like it 😉 Had a drink then headed back home before I passed out ;-D Put my head on my pillow enjoyed the feel of my bed for about 3 sec then I was out!

Day 148 showed the Swedes where to find groceries and Wahlgreens! The Swedes all went to Central Park while I staid home to check e-mail and to settle in a bit. It’s good to be home again 😀 That evening we went for dinner at Virage.  After good dinner we all headed back…still feeling the time difference so we ended up falling asleep early 🙂

Day 149 woke up around 4 am feeling as if it was 10 am laid in bed for a while then gave up an headed to work. To to work around 6:30 my boss was kinda surprised to see me there so early 🙂 Had a busy day at work got home the girls cooked pasta with Bolognaise Yummy! Once again by 9 was totally dead!

Day 150 Woke up early again was at work before 7 really busy day at work. Got home after work we ended up doing delivery food, Thai from Spice, and American from KoolBloo. Then it was Bedtime, side note I have never seen teenagers go to bed so early LOL.

Day 151 Once again a early day was at work before my Boss! Wow that has never happened before LOL. Busy day…love when it’s Busy! Got home and picked up the Swedes, went to Central Bar on 4th Ave and 9th St, met up with friends from work from VA and NY had some drinks then headed over the JeBon for some food. Had an Hilarious time and Monica + fam had fun too! Back to the apt then dropped into bed and passed out 🙂

Day 152 Not so early day this morning 😀 Busy day at work…pe0ple from VA headed back today. Got home noone felt like cooking or doing dinner so…gotta love NY…delivery again 😀 Started watching “Män som hatar kvinnor” at some point during the movie my Bed started whispering my name…it got louder and louder and louder until it was screaming CAMILLA…at that point I gave up and left the Swedes to watch the end of the movie and I went to bed and fell asleep 🙂

Day 153 Early wake up again…I guess I will be getting back to normal hours soon 😀 Work was good Monica + fam came by work in the pm…so they got to see a real american pod landscape 🙂 Went home and dropped my bags then we wet out in East Village to find somewhere to eat. Ended up at Cafè Centosette on 2nd Av and 10th St. Really good food everyone was happy…except the lack of sauce with the filèt mignon. Walk back to the house then Bed time 🙂

Day 154 Woke up early went down to the store to get the stuff needed for an American breakfast. Came back up to the Apt, Monica and Patrick went for their morning walk, I st down and worked for a minute then I started on Breakfast. Matilda, Pernilla, and Ralle got breakfast first, then Monica and Patrick, and then me 😉 After breakfast everyone got inline for the bathroom then we headed down to Washington Square Park…sat people watching then the Swedes got some ice cream.  

 

 

Saw Jon Bon Jovi walk by…or an extreley good lookalike for himself and wife… and then we ended up watching street performers right across from him so took some discreet paparazzi pics 😀

 

 

 

Walked down further into Greenwich Village and ended up at a…yeah nicely put Hole in the Wall…but truthfully a dive LOL. Don’t get me wrong it was clean and all jut really tiny and the leather covering on the couches were splitting in the seams and the filling was poking out. So they had crepes and sandwiches, everyone got sandwiches except for me I got a crepe…Yummylicious! now I can’t remember the name of the place but I will find it again 😀 Went back home full and happy…chilled at the apt the family was in and out of the house orvarious shopping needs 🙂 Watched some TV then bedtime.

Day 155 Sunday morning woke up went for a walk down Broadway to Le Pain Quotidien…got some pain au chocolat…then passed by Dunkin Donuts for some glazed munchkins…back to the apt…Monica and Patrick went on a walk…had breakfast then the Swedes headed out to Central Park for a picnic and I worked. When the Swedes got back we all got ready and then headed over to Blue Water Grill for Dinner. Okey…Culinary Orgasm x10…ended up walking back home and fell into complete food coma!

Day 156 Monday worktime sleeping a little later but still getting to work early 🙂 Had a Really busy day at work! Monica had tjejdag med Matilda & Pernilla…Patrick & Ralle gick och kollade Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space museum. Tjejerna had redan käkat så det blev delivery…ribs från KoolBloo med kött som ramlade av benen MUMS! Checked out season opener of House then bed time 😀

Day 157 Good day at work lots to do 🙂 Home in the evening…everyone was kinda chlling since they had been out walking all day long…noone wanted to go out…and noone wanted to cook…hmmm delivery 😀 Chilled and then bed time.

Day 158 Early morning good day at work…had left a note for he swedes to be ready at 6:30 for dinner at 7…well when I came home I told the teenage girs that I had lied…they didn’t need to be ready until 7:30 for dinner at 8…I could see the irration on their face and then I finished the sentence with “since I want enough time to take a shower in order to be downstairs for the Limo that is picking us up” …their faces lit up and I do beleive there was a little restrained squaling involved 😀 Got ready in time then downstairs to wait for my Boss…well he walked right by me LOL Monica came and said…isn’t that your boss…that was a litle funny 😀 So we all piled into the limo and headed down to Churrascaria Tribeca where we met up with Miss X…Folks all I can say is WOW the meat was Wonderful…the waiters were nice…and the company was awesome 🙂 Had a great time! Limo ride back with giggly teenagers was fun…letting the whole world know that I snore was also on the menu LOL…but as my Boss said “As long as she doesn’t do it at work” 😀 Got out of the limo at the house…Boss headed to Subway and Miss X went to go to Brooklyn. For the rest of us we headed home full and content…and I went to bed and slept soundly…probably snored some too!

Day 159 almost trip over for the Swedes…I went to work and they went and did the tourist stuff 🙂 Got home and decision was made for Delivery and TV-premieres! So we checked out Criminal Minds, Bones, and Fringe, then it was time for Bed.

Day 160 Friday! got up early got to work…meetings galore…back home in the evening and picked up the Swedes for dinner Chez Jaqueline…very good food and excellent service…Thank You Gaelle! Last walk home then Bed Time.

Day 161 started the day with a quick trip to the store for Coke and Dunkin Donuts to wake up the teenagers. Got everyone ready then headed out for Brunch…was supposed to go to a cafe that Monica and Patrick had found on Ave A between 13th and 14th but it was closed 🙂 Went to 2nd ave and found Cafe Brama food was ok service was great. Back to the house everyone went for last minute shopping. At 2 the car came pick up to go to the airport got the luggage all checked in then said goodbye before they went to the Gate.  Back in the car to get home. Checked out recordings on the DVR most of the afternoon and evening. Have to do Laundry tomorrow and upload photos into my PC so I can put on the blog! Bed started calling me so I got to go 😀

Day 162 yeah woke up sloooowlyyy 🙂 loaded pictures into PC and started choosing what to put in the blog 🙂 I really should do laundry and clean but Nahh don’t feel like it 😀 So finally I am done with the pics…blog all updated…Enjoy reading…Lotsa Love to all of you out there!
