Day 2562 in NYC

Did not want to wake up this morning, it got colder again…well it’s warmer than winter but not warm enough for me to be happy LOL It was only 11C (56F) and of course the heaters have been turned off in the building 😀 My preference is anything over 25C (77F)! Looking at the weather in Patong, at night it was 27C (81F)…I wish I was there!

Work was a little slow today, it seems my work eye candy is traveling or on vacation…haven’t seen him around for awhile…not as fun with no eye candy around LOL. My Boss headed out late morning for travel for the rest of the week, that will give me time to catch up on the little things 🙂

Back home I finished the “cleansing” of the first wardrobe…nothing really to throw away mostly just organizing cleaning supplies. Then I started on the shelves in the hallway…so the top shelf is sort of a “catch all”…yeah I just throw everything in there when I don’t know where to put it…ok honestly I have a dozen of “catch all” places which is one of the reasons I need to sort through all my stuff and organize a little bit 😀 I found something hilarious…or a sign that I am seriously deranged! Before I moved into this apartment I wanted to figure out what furniture I should bring and where I should put it, so I drew up a plan of the rooms and made paper cutouts for the furniture…and yes everything was to scale, told you I may be seriously deranged LOL, but I think the worst thing is I saved it all! I moved here back in April 2011 and it was still where I put it…yep on my “catch all” shelf 😀 Well now it is in the trash but I did have to take a picture just to memorialize it!

Managed to scratch myself today…in my ear! Now one of the things with being on blood thinners is that it takes awhile before it stops bleeding, so I was walking around putting paper on my ear trying to apply pressure to make it bleed…probably looked like a crazy person, I guess that’s not too far from the truth!

Time to wrap up the day and put my head on the pillow and dream about being back in Thailand!
