Day 2570 in NYC

A little tired this morning…I guess that happens when you stay out late 😀 Off to work, and we had the office filled with children LOL yep it was “Take your child to work day” 😀 I must admit it is a little distracting when kids are running around 😀

I went to get lunch for our CEO today…what a trip LOL so I get in an Uber and go down into West Village to this place called “By Chloe” the line is out the door!! I finally get to the counter and order the food, so I get a buzzer and then wait some more for them to prepare the food…and everything is Vegan, yeah my skin crawled a bit LMAO!!! So I finally get my food and then I go outside to get an Uber, I am on the corner of McDougall and Bleecker, I am looking at the map to see where the driver is and I see driving down Thompson (2 blocks away) down to Bleecker, then circle around down Thompson again down to Bleecker, then circle around down Thompson again…this time he calls me and he says “I am on McDougall and Bleecker” and I go “No you are on Thompson and Bleecker” and he goes “No I am on McDougall and Bleecker” , and I go “I see you on the map, you are on Thompson” so he starts describing what is around him and I go “That is Thompson” Finally he realizes he is on the wrong street and comes to pick me up…insane that he can’t even look on his GPS map!! Finally made it back to work with my CEO’s lunch 😀

After work headed over to see Kathleen and Curtis, Kathleen and I got a chance to chat for a bit then Mitch arrived and then Curtis and Kelsey…awesome night catching up with good food and great conversation! It had been too long since I saw them last 😀

Now it is time to wrap up my day…and go to sleep thinking about Thailand!! I cannot wait until I go back 😀
