Day 234-235 in NY

Day 234 woke up slowly…had a great dream and kept hitting snooze I did not want to wake up LOL…finally I had to get up though since it was time to wake up and go to work! Had a good day at work…quick walk home for lunch started thinking about midsummer in Sweden…hmmm that’s an idea…after some quick FB messages the idea blossomed into reality…booked the apartments at Hamra Krog on Gotland for a week starting 6/23 Yay!!…I am all excited…got Ancha & Bosse and Fa confirmed already for he apartment it is first come first served have to send the rest of them to Holmhällar to stay by the beach 😀 After work was done in the evening I walked over to 20th st by Avenue C to go see my Hairstylist…Georgous Gregory who is a magician with his hands!…Love my hair!…his website is ididthehair.com…after hair was cut and wine was drunk food was needed! Walked down to Pylos…so I do not eat Squid…it tastes like rubber and it is just nasty to be blunt…and yet I was convinced to at least try the Kalamarakia tyganita, fried squid…OMG (to sound like an excited teenager)…it was soo good, crisp and fresh, and no rubbery feeling in my mouth just crisp tangy flavor…Yummylicious!…their Pitakia kaisarias, phyllo pastries with cured beef pasturma and kasseri cheese, ohh Delicious!…and the salad Horiatiki with crisp fresh ingredients, perfect dressing and really nice Feta slices…Ohh Yes I am coming back! Went home…thought about updating the blog but ended up heading to my bed instead LOL.

Day 235 rainy and cold outside!…spoke to Monica in the morning about midsummer and she is In…well she has to talk to Patrick first but I am sure she can convince him LOL…by the time I got to work I suggested that we should institute rain days instead of snow days LOL…it was way to windy to have an umbrella so I arrived at work Soaking Wet…yep that’s life with a 4-min walk as a commute LOL. Good day at work filled with meetings and decisions to be made. Walk home in the evening still cold but No Rain Phew! Sitting looking at “So You Think You Can Dance” one of the few Reality programs I actually look at…Love Dancing! So you have one of the young men with a chest to die forand I feel a little pervy looking at him since he is Really young…so I start thinking about Actors that are currently starring in movies that I like and most of the Actors are Very young…remember my criteria for a movie is lots of explosions, firepower, car chases, bare chested men…oops did I just write that LOL…but then I start looking at my movies and I can see there are some that aren’t as young after all…so here is a list of my Favs:
