Day 253-260 in NY

Day 253 Calm Sunday at home most of the snow was washed away by the rain yesterday. Spent the day with house chores…yeah I know I hate doing that! but what do you want I don’t want some stranger messing around with my stuff so I guess I have to take care of it myself LOL In between running down  to the laundry room I spent the day with Battlestar Galactica…Yum is all I can say about Callum Keith Rennie (Leoben)…I could go Cylon for him…LOL. Keep seeing him in pop in and out having smaller roles in some movies I have seen on SyFy unfortunately no lead roles shown in US yet 🙂 Bed at a good time…have to work tomorrow.

Day 254 It was hard getting up in the morning after having had several days off…once I got to work it was Very Empty! Home in the afternoon to continue my Battlestar Galactica marathon. Left over filet mignon with chantarelles Yummylicious! Bedtime with my head full of Cylon 😀

Day 255 Work in the morning, even emptier than the day before if possible…home in the afternoon quick stop at the grocery store…not too many people…phew! Back home for some more Battlestar Galactica…overdoing it? me? LMAO! Bedtime not too late.

Day 256 Worked from home since noone was going to be in the office…got a call from a friend in the Dulles office she had strained her back and couldn’t move! Poor thing had to wait until her husband came back from running his errand! She called me back a little later her husband had come home and she was alternating Hot and Cold…I hope it’s nothing serious! Spoke to my soon to be ex-boss 🙁 everyone who was coming into the office tomorrow was going to go out for lunch…something to look forward to since tomorrow will be his last day in the office 🙁 I am happy for him though he gets a chance to go and fulfill some plans he has been thinking about for a while 🙂 Spent the evening with my favorite Cylon…yeah it’s a long series…while scanning then shredding some old papers! Bed not too late.

Day 257 It’s the last day of the year! Tomorrow is going to be 2010! Headed to work…lunch with Boss and other co-workers…some of them leaving…sniff…went to Spice on 4th Ave…Yummylicious! Back to the office in the afternoon. Stopped by the store on my way home to buy something good for dinner 😀 Put on Battlestar Galactica…called Monica a little before 5:30 (23:30 swedish time) to catch her before midnite…she had the champagne giggles ;-D She and Mr P was over at his cousins house…yes the one whose hammock we broke LOL. Back to Galactica…Miss L called we spoke for a bit 😀  Sent and Received Happy New Year wishes over the phone and on FB. Around 11:30 pm I put on regular TV to make sure I could see the ball drop…Happy New Year! Back to Galactica then headed to bed.

Day 258 First day of the new Year 😀 Continued Organizing my old paperwork…trying to get everything electronic so I can get rid of all my Hard Copies…while watching Battlestar Galactica…got to the end…no I don’t want it to end…sniff…yep I cried 😀 Watched some TV then it was time for bed!

Day 259 Woke up slooowly around 11…felt like a teenager….so to get more Adult I tidied up in the apartment while watching reruns of NCIS. Spent the afternoon with Dragonage: Origins got almost to the end but I think I will leave the final battle for tomorrow morning…time to go to Bed!

Day 260 Last day of the long weekend…tomorrow it is time for work…Played Dragonage the current origin (elf mage) killed the Archdemon…ended the game with all the supporting characters as my best friends!! I am good like that LMAO!! Started a new game as a Male Royal Dwarf…daaammmn my younger brother set up me up for the murder of my oldest brother!! Harsh! Later in the afternoon took a Nice long Bath! Time for some dinner and a Movie…pate de canard, cheese, bread, filet mignon with mushrooms and for dessert strawberries with whipped cream Yummylicious! For movie I did Blood…based on the animated series…very good! Blog while watching NCIS and now it is time to go to Bed I think tomorrow will be a Busy day at work!
