Day 382-386 in NY

Day 382 yeah this morning woke up by the blaring of the alarm clock! For some reason that just does not sit well with me…LMAO…yeah I guess noone likes hearing a blaring alarm in the morning 🙂 Work was interesting…busy…had fun 🙂 Went to definitions in the evening for some cardio. Home for some FFXIII then sleep!

Day 383 for some reason woke up around 5 am…well at least I didn’t have to hear the alarm 😀 Spent the day juggling tasks at work…I love when I am busy! After work headed out for Happy Hour at B Bar…then went for dinner with a couple of the girls from work at a restaurant down by Houston…can not for the life of me remember the name…hmm maybe one too many beers LMAO…but it was Fun! Walk home then sleep!

Day 384 Did not want to wake up…at all! But had to get to work so up I went. Got some really bad news…Fat Cats Cousin Bo passed away this morning…may he rest in peace. Busy in the morning…FED meetings…scheduling and all sorts of other fun! Headed out for beer and cake run…missed lunch…B-Day celebration for Andreas…cake and beer…Happy Birthday!! 😀 Then meeting with Beer…pheew this has been a long day. So let’s see…2 pieces of cake and a couple of beers…no lunch…perfect LOL that’s a good day of Friday work 😀 Home in the pm…headed out to Session 82…yep it was rough LOL but it was a good session 🙂 Home for some FFXIII then bed time.

Day 385 woke up early…why do you do that when you don’t Have to get up??  Finally all my bags are unpacked…what me procrastinate?? was sitting watching an Audioslave video…so a story about that. For those of you that know me…I was married…to a not so good man…details forthcoming in my infamous memoirs LMAO!! We separated and I became the legal guardian of his beautiful son…but I was kinda emotionally drained…even to the point where I hadn’t really “Listened” to music for several years…don’t get me wrong I heard music of course…on TV, the Radio, etc. but I had stopped actually Listening to the lyrics and enjoying the heavy beat of the drum, the riff of the electric guitar, and the ohh soo deep thrum of the base…you know the one you can feel all the way into your bones! So anyway you get what I’m talking about…then a couple of years after all the mess is done I am on vacation in Sweden at my mom’s house…and I have the music station Z-TV on and all of a sudden I hear this Intro…starting with a guitar on speed…drums…and then the thrum of the base…so I look up and there’s a group playing…lot’s of fireworks…leather jackets, boys without shirts on…yeah I am all about the Visual LMAO!! and I listen to the lyrics…the song was Cochise and I liked it. So I sit and I listen and it’s all good, then I change to the other music channel MTV and I see the group again, this time they are playing Show me how to live, and I like that one too..both the video…the lyrics…the music…and above all the Singer who is just…yeahh…exactly!! Then some creepy disco song come on and I change back to Z-TV again…and they are playing Show me how to Live! Wow that’s a coincidence…ahh well it’s all good for me I enjoy!…I get on the phone with a friend talk for a bit then back to the TV switch to MTV and lo and behold they come on again!! switch to Z-TV and yep there they are again!! At this point I start getting a little freaked out, head in the shower, when I get back…yep they are on again when I switch I get to see them a 6th time…in a period of around 4 hours! At this time I am realizing I need to go out and buy the CD…so I do…and I put it on in my car…I “Listen” to the lyrics…and I get to Track 4 What you are I have an emotional breakdown on a highway in Sweden…sitting there crying my eyes out…LMAO yeah imagine lonely highway…woman breaking down in car while hard rock is blaring out of the speaker…that would be me!! So of course being me…after a couple of minutes of hysterical crying of course it turned to hysterical laughter because the situation was just so ludicrous! But yeah I am absolutely convinced…probably together with millions of other people…that this record was made for me. If you know me and you listen to Track 3 Gasoline yeahh that was me as a teenager LOL  So anyway enough reminiscing it was time to get to filling out my n-400…damn they ask a lot of questions…they want to know the dates and places I have traveled last 5 years…I barely remember what I did yesterday LMAO! Took a break in the middle and spoke to Monica for a bit then back to task! Finished the form got it printed, now all I need to do is send it off 😀 Sat uploading some old pics on FB and played FFXIII to finish off the evening 🙂

Some of us started the drinking on the floor early! 

Day 386 Early wakeup again…yeah my body is set on waking up a certain time now…it doesn’t care that I sat until 2 am playing games…at 7 am it wants to wake up…zombie like creature moves from bed to couch…don’t want to wake up LOL continued my nostalgia photo trip…scanning pics and putting on FB all the while playing some FFXIII…love being able to multi task 😀

 then of course it was time for some clean and laundry…yep it’s Sunday Chore-Day LOL AhiAhi Tuna with Frendh Fries for dinner…some dipping sauces then ready to enjoy…Yummylicious 😀 Watched Surrogates with Bruce Willis…not bad at all..my kind of movie 😀 Now it is time for bed…so for all of you out there…Be safe…you are in my thoughts!
