Day 711 in NYC
Posted by Camilla on March 28th, 2011 filed in NY UpdatesDay 711 Slow wakeup, really don’t like the alarm hehehe Headed off to work for move mayhem boxes everywhere chaos galore 😀 Met with the landlady that went fine will meet up on Friday to sign the lease 🙂
Hectic day at work travel arrangements for all of us, heading to the VA office tomorrow for meetings. Headed home to clean out some more stuff in the closet then off to Definitions for some Cardio, not sure if I will be able to get some cardio in while traveling, we’ll see 🙂 Had a good walk 0.5 mile at 3.6 then 1.5 mile at 3.8, short walk today still need to pack for the trip. Next paragraph is sappy and sentimental so feel free to skip 🙂
Am feeling a little melancholy today even though I am very happy about the new apartment it is going to be sad to leave mine, yes I think it will always be mine…but change is good right? I know there is a reason for everything that happens in life…part of the journey is figuring out what that reason is LOL it’s just that right now as I am sitting here contemplating what to keep and what to get rid off and I start thinking of other moves I have made…more life changing moves and geographically more significant moves…I think about people I miss who I would love to have with me here to show my new place to, people I know are exited for me even though they are going through hell right now…and I miss them. They are family of choice and they know me better than anyone else. I wish they were here right now cause I have come to some realizations and my heart is breaking a little so I could use some patching up 🙂
Sappy time over…I need to go pack some clothes to take with me…including some workout clothes 😀 so on that note I leave you with Lotsa Love to all my family and friends out there in the world!
