Day 713 in VA

Day 713 Early wakeup…nice bed to sleep in…but not as nice as mine 🙂

Met up with my boss and headed over to the office. Met some people I had not seen in Years! Awesome Awesome 😀 Spent most of the day in a meeting, then walked around and chatted a bit 🙂 Went for dinner at Il Fornio with the leadership team, good food, good company 🙂

Back to the Hotel, catch up on some e-mail, and getting ready to head to bed! So no workout for 2 days…hmmm I need to make that up tomorrow 😀 Next PTr session is scheduled for Friday 🙂
