Day 886-937 in NYC, VA, and MD

Here we go again 🙂

Day 886 So it’s Saturday…whey do I wake up at 9 am?? I have the chance to sleep until whenever…hrmmm ahh well since I am up I will play some Mass Effect 2 😀 In Sweden my niece was baptized

Cloe Anna Star…and yeah she is cute as a button just like her sisters Nova and Ella 🙂

Day 887 Spent most of the day playing Mass Effect 2 then off to Definitions for a session with Alan…back home for icing and reaxation…tomorrow I go back to school 🙂

Day 888 Up in the am, out on the streets trying to hail a cab to take me uptown to my class…luckily I was out in time since there was not a cab insight…I know this is NYC and usually there are only cabs out on the street! well not today…I didnt catcht one until I got to 3rd Ave. Got to the Hotel where they were having the class…went in all excited about all the new stuff I was going to learn. Yeahhh after one hour I thought I was going to die…the teacher was recapping all this stuff that anyone that ever used this progra would already know…but apparently we had some Beginners in the Advanced class…seriously if you are a Beginner go to the Beginners class! Not the Advanced class…at the end of the day…8 hours of my time…I had learned 4 new things…wow not at all a waste of my time LOL Headed down for some Cardio at Definitions then home…went to bed with the hope that class will pick up tomorrow 😀

Day 889 Had as much luck with the cab as I did yesterday…not sure what happens in the morning, do people not take cabs this early? Arrved at class…just a little late ;-D Not that it mattered that much spent another day learning…nothing LOL Headed over to Definitions for Cardio then off to the train to meet up with Boss and go to Dulles. Checked in at Lansdowne…awesome bed and the pillows are almost as nice as my own 😀

Day 890 Breakfast with the Boss in the am then a day filled with work, Dinner at Tuscarora Mill with Boss, Aengus, and Helen…awesome smoked mushroom soup shooters…yeah I manager to get more LOL After dinner drive down to Baltimore in the evening check in at Intercontinental…so I have to say the room I got was Creepy! Imagine a Humongous room and all that’s in it are 2 beds, a desk, and a dresser…then there is enough space to play soccer on…and on that space there is a stain on the carpet…can someone say large blood stain LMAO!!! But the bed was nice 😀

Day 891 Off to work in the Baltimore office the off to Happy Hour at Thorntons…ended up eating dinner there too…they made me some Queso…awesome 🙂

Day 892 Breakfast with the boss dropped him of at work then back to Fells Harbor to return the car. Walked down to the Water Taxi to get a ride to work…awesome! Worked the day in Baltimore then hopped on the train back to NYC. Home dropped the bags then off to Definitions for a session with Alan…I think I am a little sick…I actually look forward to the pain LMAO!!Back home to ice my poor muscles!

Day 893 Ralxing day with Mass Effect 2 and catching up on shows I recorded during the week. Got to bed not too late lots of stuff to do tomorrow!

Day 894 Laundry and cleaning apartment coming up! My Uncle arrives tomorrow…no need to let him know I am really a slob LMAO! In the evening headed over to Definitions for a session with Alan 😀

Day 895 Off to work in the am then home passed by Definitions for Cardio then home for icing and to wait for my Uncle and his wife. Sooo I am sitting there waiting and I get a call from my Uncle and he says he is right outside my door…so I look out…no uncle…hmmm royal Oops! I gave him the wrong address LOL they are down the street at 540 instead of 504…LOL sorry have to laugh! that is soo me 😀 Organized to the minutia at work…in my private life…yeah not so much 😀 Ran downstairs found them walking down the street 😀 So they had no phone when they arrived so this lady who ran by let them borrow her phone so they could call me…I am telling you people in NYC can be nice too 😀 Chatted for a while then we all crashed 🙂

Day 896 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for a session with Alan…back home for icing and some time with Uncle and wife.

Day 897 Took the day off to do some tourist stuff 🙂 The the Uncle and wife to MOMA then lunch at Blue Water Grill at Union Square

Now the question is if I should do Cardio or not after all the walking…Cardio won! Went to dinner at Gyu-Kaku after Cardio…food ogasm galore!!! Rolled our way home after dinner 😀

Day 898 Off to work in the am headed to Definitions for Cardio then met up with Uncle and wife at Banjara for some spicy Indian food 🙂 Really good!

Day 899 Off to work in the am back home to drop the work bag then off for a session with Alan…owwie!! Awesome!! Confusing as usual LOL Home icing then rest 🙂

Day 900 Headed off for breakfast at 7A in the am then played couch potatoes 😀

Day 901 Started the day with my Aunt in the Laundry room…then off to Brooklyn Botanical gardens I have to say it’s better in spring/summer time but it was still really nice! Back to the apartment to rest my legs before heading to Defnitions for a session with Alan…pain upon pain…Ouch LOL

Day 902 Work work work, then put Uncle with wife in cab to airport, their NY part of the trip was done and they headed further in to the country to meet up with an old school pal 🙂 Headed to Definitions for cardio in the evening.

Day 903 Off to work in the am…it’s my day today”Kanelbullens Dag” hehehehe. Headed to Definitions for a session with Alan in the evening.

Day 904 Off to work in the am then Definitions for some Cardio…home Icing!

Day 905 Woke up freezing! it is definetely getting colder in NYC now, I wonder how to turn the heater on? Headed for work then off to Definitions for Cardio…home icing.

Day 906 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for a sesion with Alan…awesome…home for icing 🙂

Day 907 A complete non-chore day…what to do! hmm let’s see replaying Dragonage sounds like an awesome Idea 😀

Day 908 Dragonage most of the day then off to Definitions for a session with Alan…back home for icing…and relaxation 🙂

Day 910 Off to work in the am then home to play some Dragonage 🙂

Day 911 Off to work I was going to be a good person and donate blood today…well hmm that didn’t go as planned 😀 Got there and started looking at the papers, turns out that since I am Swedish I can’t give blood! All because of Mad Cow disease 😀 So I am not eligible to give blood until they change the rules…ahh well they are the ones missing out on my supreme blood that could have saved life 😀 Headed to Definitions after work and worked out my disappointment with Alan 😀

Day 912 Off to work then headed over to Definitions for Cardio.

Day 913 Off to work the headed to Definitions for Cardio. Was supposed to have dinner at Gyu-Kaku with a friend…plans changed 🙂 Heded home for Dragonage instead 😀

Day 914 Friday routine…off to work in the am then headed over to Definitions for a session with Alan…always puts a smile on my face 🙂

Day 915 Dragonage in the morning then off to Definitions for Cardio…ended the day with a cheese tray, some dogfish head beer, and Sanctuary on the tele…all in all a really good day…well didn’t end the day continued to play Dragonage 😀

Day 916 Dragon age most of the day then off to see Alan at Definitions for another session of muscle pain 🙂

Day 917 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for Cardio. After that headed over to gorgeous Greg to get my hair done…awesomeness! Went to Crooked Tree for some Crepes…yummylicious…then home 🙂

Day 918 Off to work in the am then over to Definitions for a session with Alan…as usual eye candy galore…muscle pain and soreness…home for icing and relaxing 🙂

Day 919 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for Cardio in the evening…back home for icing!

Day 920 Off to work then home for some relaxing of the mental kind…yeah Dragonage 😀 I did find this on FB and thought it oddly appropriate 😀

Day 921 Off to work in the am then headed over to Definitions for a session with Alan…back home for icing 🙂

Day 922 Spent the day playing Dragonage…I did remember I needed to eat LOL so I made some Tuna with fries and Bearnaise sauce 🙂

Day 923 Dragon age in the am then off to Definitions for another awesome session with Alan…back home for icing and relaxation -D

Day 924 Off to work in the am then off for some Cardio at Definitions…headphones on…trying to concentrate…hehehe…back home todo Laundry since I skipped that this weekend 😀

Day 925 Work in the am then off for some Cardio at Definitions back home for icing and relaxation.

Day 926 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for a session with Alan. Mr PTr Hunk in full effect! LOL Back home for much needed icing.

Day 927 Off to work in the am then headed over to Definitions for Cardio…I am on a Roll!

Day 928 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for a session with Alan…sore sore sore…endorphins I would not survive without you 😀

Day 929 Woke up to snow/slush…not the best way to start the day I was glad I didn’t have to go anywhere 😀 Spent the days nice and warm at home 😀

Day 930 Games in the morning then off to Definitions for a session with Alan, back home for icing and relaxation 🙂

Day 931 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for Cardio… so I am having this issue with my foot Plantear fasciitis, not fun! When you get up in the morning feels as if someone is sticking a kitchen knife up through your heel…not a comfy feeling! So I have to make sure that I stretch properly after each workout…then home for icing of foot, knee, thighs, butt…hmm Alan suggests ice bath…yeahhh NOO I don’t think so 😀

Day 932 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for some Cardio…back home Icing!

Day 933 Off to work in the am then off to Definitions for a session with Alan… have to say I am very happy that he stretches me out after the session..ok it hurts like a m-f but if he didnt it would hurt even more! Back home for some icing 😉

Day 934 Off to work in the am the off for Cardio at Definitions. Back home for icing.

Day 935 Friday time…off to work in the am then headed over to Definitions for session with Alan…back home for icing 🙂

Day 936 Laundry in the am then got picked up by Jean-Lo headed to Brooklyn for dinner at Grimaldi’s with the lovely frenchies and Beth then drinks at Pub One…after that back to Manhattan for sleep!

Day 937 Late and slow wakeup…just the way I like it 😀 then off to Definitions for a session with Alan…home for icing 🙂

Okey taking a break and heading out for drinks with some friends 🙂
